REBECCA "BECKY" BUCOLO

Head of Player Development 

Becky Bucolo is a professional pickleball player and RPO (Racket Professional Organization) Clinician who has competed at the pro level on both the APP and PPA Tours. A former Notre Dame Tennis All-American, Becky knows firsthand what it takes to perform at the highest levels of competition.

Becky brings that same intensity and expertise to her coaching. In addition to competing on the pro pickleball stage, she has developed and guided junior tennis players who have gone on to earn Division I scholarships. Her ability to blend elite playing experience with a deep understanding of player development makes her uniquely effective in helping juniors build strong fundamentals, sharpen their strategy, and develop the competitive mindset needed for success.

Passionate about growing junior pickleball, Becky is dedicated to creating opportunities for young athletes to train in a structured, high-performance environment through Chicago Pickleball Academy, preparing the next generation to excel on and off the court.
